The sum of $434.65 to Jeanette Real Boster 2. The sum of $434.65 to Emily Real Neill o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9627 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FU NDS On this the 20th day of December, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit to the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund and it appearing to the Court that the said funds which are in excess of the amount of $1,500.00 should be invested as required by law, and that the amount presently available could be invested advantageously in Bonds of the United States Government, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approv- ed by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest all presently uninvested funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, as nearly as practicable, in U. S. Government Bonds, doing so at the Bank's discretion whenever such bonds can be purchased at par or below. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9628 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF CLAIMS On this the 20th day of December 1963, upon motion made by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Permanent Improvement Fund to B & 4J Refrigeration & Electric in the amount of $67.00 and a vouchex on the Officers Salary Fund to W. B.
