125 COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION December 26, 1963 at 10:15 o'clock A.T~i., with the following officers present: Julius R. Neunhoffer W. C. Schwethelm Prentice Witt Adolph Bartel Roger E. Stone and the following order was passed: County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 2 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Precinct 4 NO. 9630 ORDER EMPLOYING EARL STIEFEL, CONTRACTOR, TO PERFORM ET•;ERGETvCY ~dCkk ON EXTERIOR WALLS OF COURT HOUSE On this the 26th day of December, 1963 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the emergency created by the collapse of the cast stone coping anti cornices on the front wall of the court house and the threatened collapse of the remainder of the coping and cornices and it appearing to the Court that an immediate emergency exists in the form of possible injury to ,~ the public and possible structural damage to the court house if further collapses occur, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the services of Earl Stiefel, Contractor, be employed for the immediate removal of all remaining cast stone coping and cornices from the exterior walls of the Kerr County Court House and for the further purposes of making necessary emergency waterproofing of the exterior court house walls with compensation therefor being paid by Kerr County on the basis of cost of labor, materials, insurance and social security plus five per cent of the same for overhead and ten per cent of same for profit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED December 26, 1963 at 10:25 o'clock A.td. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o C~UR`P C~NVEN::D Iiu SPECI:IL SESSION December 3~, lyb3 at 1u:10 o'ciocx A.r=i., v:ith the the following officers present: Julius it. lveunhoYfer 4i.
