ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE REVISED
LEASE FROM KERR COUNTY AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
TO MOONEY AIRCRAFT, INC, , ON PORTION OF AIRPORT
PROPERTY.
On this the 7th day of January, 1963, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court a revised lease between Kerr County and the City of
Kerrville as Lessors and Mooney Aircraft, Inc„ as Lessee, said lease cover-
ing two tracts of Land comprising 43, 5 acres of the Gity-County Airport proper-
ty known as Louis Schreiner Field as are described in said lease and the said
lease being intended to supersede and replace the lease heretofore entered in-
to on the 25th day of May, 1958 as is of record in Vol, L, P, 163 of the Com-
missioners Court Minutes of Kerr County, and after due study and consideration
of the terms of said revised lease, which lease is to run for a period of 40 years
from its effective date, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel
seconded by Commissioner
and unanimously approved by the court

that the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized and directed to execute the
submitted draft of the revised lease between Kerr County and the City of Kerr-
Lessors and Mooney Aircraft, Inc., Lessee,
ville,/doing so upon the concurrence of the Gity of Kerrville in said lease, and
it is further ordered that upon the execution thereof, the Clerk of this Court
shall attest thereto under her hand and the seal of this Court, and that the. said
lease shall be recorded in the minutes of this court upon execution by all parties
thereto.
