OFFER TO HERBERT J. JONES AND WIFE, ARTIE
MISSIE JONES FOR. RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR EM. ROAD

On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered
by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Herbert J. Jones and wife,
Artie Missie Jones, for conveyance of right-of-way and one channel easement
required for F. M. Road 2771 and after due consideration, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commissioner
Stnnc and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County
hereby offers to pay Herbert J. Jones and wife, Artie Missie Jones, the sum of
$1, 220.70 for land and damages upon their conveyance of 9. 021 acres of right-
d'-way out of Surveys 64 William Watt, 63 W. T. Crook, 392 G. W. Braze al and
62 W. T. Crook, together with one channel easement comprising'0. 269 acres out
of Survey 63; and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash considera-
tion, Kerr County will construct a new fence along the line of the ttew right-of-way
conveyed, with posts to be set 25 feet apart and to be, together with the wire, of
the same general specifications as used on F. M. Road 689, with all end and
corner posts and accompanying brace posts to be concreted and further Derr Lounty
will relocate the existing steel gate near the west end of the property at a point
agreeable to owners and the Texas Highway Department; and KerY' C,purtty will
relocate the entrance gate and construct~a new entrance cattle guard, and after
construction of F. M. Road 2771, Kerr County will replace the existing graveled
perimeter road along the present west fence line whenever such road shallaave
fallen within the right-of-way conveyed, with owner furnishing the material for
such roadway; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on F. M. 2771 Right-of-Way Fund payable to Herbert
J. Jones and Artie Missie Jones upon delivery of the executed right-of-way con-
veyance and channel easement.
