Order No. 9496 Offer to James St.P.ubyn Spicer for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 2771 On this the 26th day of July, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered James St. Aubyn Spicer for conveyance of right-of-way, and one channel easement required for F. M. Road 2771; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner ,atone seconded by Commissioner `'chwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay James St. Aubyn Spicer the sum of $269.60 for land and damages upon his conveyance of 2.723 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 405, J. T. Peacock and 402, Julius Chevalier, together with one channel ease- ment comprising approximately 0. 115 acres out of Survey 402, and it is further ordered that in addition to the above cash consideration, Kerr County will con- struct anew fence along the new right-of-way line, said fence to consist of heart cedar posts set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between each post and 832-12-12 1/2 net wire with 3 barb wires on top, and further Kerr County will build a new entrance cattle guard and install one 12 foot steel gate at a .lo- cation acceptable to Mr. Spicer and the Texas Highway Department, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on F. M. 2771 Right-of-Way Fund payable to James, St. Aubyn Spicer in the amount of $269. 60 upon delivexy of the executed right-®f-way Conveyance and channel easement.
