ORDER RESTATING ORDER NO, 9554 AMENDING ORDER
NO, 9531 ENTERED AUGUST 16, 1963
On this the 17th day of September, 1963, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of restating Order No, 9554 entered on
the 9th day of September, 1963, and after due considerations, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Schwetixeltn, seconded by Commissioner Witt
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County restate its amend-
ment to Order N~o. 9531 to read that Kerr County will pay Andrew B. Paris
and wife, Lorena S. Paris the sum of $3, 000.00 instead of the amount of
cash consideration originally set forth in Order No. 9531, doing so as com-
pensation for land, damages, and damages to their residential site, with
payment to be made upon delivery of the stipulated Right-of- Way and Chan-
nel Easements and with Kerr County performing otherwise as originally set
forth in Order No. 9531, except that landowners agree to construct their
own fencing and retaining wall from a point beginning at the west end of the
present retaining wall and running east approximately 365 feet toj~hewexisting

ranch entrance, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasures

be authorized to draw a voucher on the r. M. 2771 ROW Fund in tlse a3nount
