terracing of her land about 21 miles N. W. of Hunt, Texas, in Precinct No. I+ was approved

WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 21Pth day of April, 1963, a petition was presented to me,
J. R. NEUNHOFFER, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, praying that an election be held in
KERR COUNTY COP~'LNION SCHOOL DISTRICT N0, 2 (INGRAM) at the earliest date practicable, for the
purpose of submitting to the resident qualified electors and taxpaying voters of said District,
who own taxable property therein, and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, for their
action thereupon, proposition for the issuance of ~r43,000 bonds of said District for school
building purposes, to-wit: the purchase, construction, repair or equipment of public free
school buildings, and the purchase of necessary sites therefor, within the limits of said
District, and the levying of a tax on all taxable property of said District to pay the interest
on said bonds and to pay the principal thereof at maturity, which said proposition is herein-
after set forth and
WHEREAS, it affirmatively appears to my satisfaction that said petition is signed by
more than twenty (20) resident qualified electors and taxpaying voters of said KERR COUNTY
COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0, 2 (INGRAM), who own taxable property in said District and who have
duly rendered the same for taxation; and
WHEREAS, it further affirmatively appears to my satisfaction that said District has

heretofore, to-wit: On the 9th daq of June, 1963, at an election held for that purpose,
adopted the provisions of Article 2784e-1, V. A. T. C. S., as amended; and
WHEREAS, it further affirmatively appears that said school district has been heretofore
properly established and as so established contains an area of 211,57 square miles and that
no other district has been reduced in area below nine square miles by reason of the creation
of said District.
N01d THEREFGRE, I, J. R. NEUNHOFFER, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, DO HEREBY ORDER that
an election be held in said District on the 11th day of May, 1963, which date is sufficient
to allow the posting of the notice of said election for at least ten (10) full days prior to
the date of said election, at which election, in accordance with said petition, the following
proposition shall be submitted to the resident qualified electors and taxpaying voters of said
School District, for their action thereupon:
"SHALL the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, be authorized to issue

EACH voter shall mark out with pen or pencil one of such expressions, thus leaving the
other as indicating his or her vote on the proposition.
NONE but resident qualified property taxpaying electors of said School District, who
own property therein subject to taxation and who have duly rendered the same for taxation,
shall be allowed to vote at said election.
TAE SRERIFF of this County shall give notice of said election by posting three copies of
this ORDER FOR SCHOOL BOND ELECTION at three different places within the boundaries of said
School District, which posting shal 1 be done not less than ten (10) days prior to the date
fixed for said election.
WITHIN five (5) days after said election, the officers holding the same shall make
returns of the result thereof to the Commissioners' Court of this County, as required by law -~
for holding a general election.
SAID ELECTION shall be held and conducted as provided by law for general elections,
except as modified by Chapter 13, Title 49, of the 1925 Texas Revised Civil Statutes and amend-

matter of the Agriculture Exhibition ~zilding Sinking Fund on the books of the County Treasurer
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the final payment on the bonded indebtedness
owing on the Agriculture Exhibition Building will be made on May 1, 1963 leaving the said
fund without any remaining balance, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Treasurer of Kerr County
be directed to close out the said Agriculture Exhibition Building Sinking Fund on her books
as of May 2, 1963, and that hereafter any delinquent or other ad valorem taxes heretofore
