Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the period from June 3U, 1963 and leaving a balance o£ $5,385.45 on deposit in said Trust Fund far the period er~d ing Decembe 31, 1963. It appearing to the Court that se id reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un- animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o 9638 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 13th day of January, 1964, at a Regular Term of tte Commissioners' Court, all rs being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the arious County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1904, as provided for in Article 912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a opulation of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the nterests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid a salary basis for the year 1y64; Upo^ motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un- imously approved by the court, it is ordered that the County Uffi cials of Kerr County be p a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1964. It is further ordered by the Court at the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the mpt roller of Public Accounts in Nust in, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o 9639 ORDER SETTING PkECINCT OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS On this the 13th day of January 1964, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, all tiers being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation for the ci pct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1964 as provided for Article 3912e, Section b, R.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court that Lhe interests the County would be best served if Lhe Precinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a alary basis for the year 1964; Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimous y approved by the Court, that the Precinct Of£ici als of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis 'or the year 1964, as provided by law. It is further ordered that the Clerk of this Court a certified copy of this order and send same to the Stale Comptroller oi' Yubiic counts in Austin, Texas. PAYMENT OF llISTRICT AND COUNTY COURT, GRAND JURORS AND PETIT JUkOHS FUk 1964 Un this the 13th day of January 1964, came on to be heard and considered the compensation of District and County Court, Grand and Petit Jurors of Kerr County.
