On this the 13th day of January, 1964, at a Regular Tezm of tt~e Commissioners' Court, all
embers being present, there came on for consideration tt~e matter of compensation of the
arious County Uff icials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year lyo4, as provided fbr in Article
912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a
opulation of less than 26,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
'nte rests o£ the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid
n a salary basis for the year 1964;
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un-
nimously approved by the court, it is ordered that the County OF£i cials o£ Kerr County be pai
n a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1964. It is further ordered by the Court
