On this the 13th day of January, 1964, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, all
embers being present, there came on for consideration the matter o£ compensation of the
srious County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1964, as provided for in Article
912e, Section 2, H.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a
opulation o£ less than 2G,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
'nterests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid
n a salary basis for the year 1964;
Upon motion duly made by Gommissi oner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un-
nimously approved by the court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid

to be made to the Kerr County Memorial Library for rondition of public library service for
Kerr County as per contract for the year 1864.; and it appearing to the~Court that the sum of
$2400.00 heretofore budgeted for such service for the year 1964 is reasonable and within
existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on motion by Commis sionar Schwethalm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and Treasurer be
and are hereby directed to draw a voucher on the General Fund for rendition of Public Library
Service for Kerr County ae per contract for the year 1964.
