N0. 9641 PAYMENT TO KERR COUNTY N'fEMORIAL LIBRARY FOR PUBLIC SERVICE AS FER CONTRACT
On this the 13th day of January, 1964 came on to be considered by the Gourt the payment
to be made to the Kerr County Memorial Library for rendition of public library service for
Kerr County as per contract for the year 1464; and it appearing to the<Court that the sum oŁ
$2400.00 heretofore budgeted for such service for the year 1964 is reasonable and within
existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and Treasurer be
and are hereby directed to draw a voucher on the General Fund for rendition oŁ Public Library
Service for Kerr County as per contract for the year 1964.

N0. 9642 ORDER SETTING HOLIDAYS FOR COUNTY IN 1964
This the 13th day oŁ January, 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the day and
- dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1964, also that the Court House
shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and
dates are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:
September 7th Labor Day '
November 11th Veterans Day
November 26th Thanksgiving
December 24th A. 25th Christmas
January 1st, 1965 New Years Day
Therefore, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the
Court unanimously approved that the County observe all the above mentioned holidays. '',
