to be made to the Kerr County Memorial Library for rendition of public library service for
Kerr County as per contract for the year 1464; and it appearing to the`Court that the sum. of
$2400.00 heretofore budgeted for such service for the year 1964 1s reasonable and within
existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and Treasurer be

This the 13th day of January, 1964, came on Lo be considered by the Court the day and
dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays For the year 1964, also that the Court House
shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the Łollowing days and
dates are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:

November 11th Veterans Day
November 26th Thanksgiving
December 24th & 25th Christmas
January 1st, 1965 New Years Day
Therefore, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the
