On this the 13th day of January, 1964 came on to be considered by the Court the payment
to be made to the Kerr County Memorial Library for rendition of public library service for
Kerr County as per contract for the year 1464; and it appearing to the Court that the sum of
$2400.00 heretofore budgeted for such service for the year 1964 is reasonable and within
existing contractual terms, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and Treasurer be
and are hereby directed to draw a voucher on the General Fund for rendition of Public Library
Service for Kerr County as per contract for the year Il964.
