N0. 9652 ORDER AMENDING ORDER, N0., 9567 IN RE- DEPUTY SHERIFF CHARLIE LEE
On this the 13th day of January, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of amending Order No. 9567 dated September 30, 1963 whereby the employment o£
Charlie Lee as a Deputy Sheri £f o£ Kerr County was authorized and it appearing to the Court
that the matter of his compensation, though having been agreed upon by the Court, was through
clerical error omitted from the said order as recorded in the Minutes of the Court, it is
ordered on motion by Commiasi oner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approve
by the Court that Order No. 9567 dated September 30, 1963 be amended Nunc Pro Tunc September
30, 1963 so as to provide that the compensation of the said Charlie Lee as Deputy Sheri££ of
Kerr County be fixed at $3,000.00 per annum, effective October 1, 1963 payable monthly £rom
the Of£l ce rs Salary Fund.
