On this the 31st day of January 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby diracted to transfer the sum of x"1,000,00 from F."/. Lateral
Road Fund to R/M 187 R/W Fund,

On this the 31st day of January, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of establishing a procedure for payment for fence posts and stays necessary for
fencing the ri?ht-of-way of R/Ni lioad 1P7 and it appearing to the Court that the purchase of
these items in small lots as available requires a procedure for immediate payment to the
persons selling these materials to Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm, secon:'_ed by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court that the Clerk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the R/M 187 ROW Fund for payment of fence
posts and stays so purchased, such payment to be authorized upon filing of a claim approved
by the Commissioner of Yrecinet 4 and the County Judge.

N0. 9659 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ALLO~~dAP,CE FOR ED TURNER
On this the 31st day of January 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Witt, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unamimously approved a monthly allowance for Ed Turner of
Center Point, Texas, in the amount of xt60.00 psr month, beginning January 1, 1964 and payable
on the last day of each succeeding calendar month until terminated by the Court, said amount
to be paid out of the General Fund,
