E?TGELMAN Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 5 It appearing that said reports, in the discretion of the Court, should be approved, subject to audit; therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that the 1963 Annual Reports be herewith filed with the County Clerk, subject to audit, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9665 ORDER PROHIBITING TRAVEL BY UNAUTHORIZEll P=;RSONS IDT MOTOR VEHICLES OWNnU BY Iu RR COUNTY AND ITS COMiISSIONERS PRECINCTS On this the 10th day of February, 1964, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of unauthorized persons, including membors of the families of peace officers, traveling and~or being passengers in motor vehicles belonging to Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that such actions are not sanctioned by law and are contrary to public policy, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded bq Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court, that it shall hereafter be the declared policy of Kerr County that unauthorized persons shall be Prohibited from traveling or being passengers in all motor vehicles owned by Kerr County or any of its Commissioners precincts and that the definition of "unauthorized persons" shall include all persons other than peace officers or employees of Kerr County or any of its commissioners precincts, unless such persons are required to be occupants of such motor vehicles for purposes incident to official duties being performed bq the operator of such vehicle and it is further ordered that the term "unauthorized persons" shall, except in case of extreme emergency, extend to include the families of peace officers and county and commissioners precinct officials and employees. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-u-v-o N0. 9666 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR 1964 This the 10th day of February 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 273 to page 279, inclusive, Votume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
