On this the 11th day of February 196Lt, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners'
Court came on for examination the 6uarterly Report of Mrs, E. M, McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the first day of November 1963 and ending January
31, 1964, and the same having been examined and comFared by the Court and found correct.

a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since

On this the 11th day of February 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the ~izarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1, 1963 and ending
January 31, 19611, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, said report was
unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to audit.
