On this the 28th day of February, 7.964 care on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the State of Texas, to relocate
its electric distribution lines at certain points along FAT Road 689~ich relocations were
reauested bs Kerr County at points dhere existing poles and/or guy wires are located within
t'-~e additional right-of-way obtained by Kerr County for the State of Texas and it appearing to
the Court that such proposal should be accepted, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Bartel seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
proposal be accepted by Kerr County, and that the County Judge be authorized to execute the
.- necessary ~dritten agreement on behalf' of Kerr County and it is further ordered that the C1=,rk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the FM 689 Right-of-May Fund in the
amo~~nt of w879.01, payable to the Lower Colorado River Authority, the said voucher representing
the estimated cost to Kerr Count;,* for the said relocations, the payment of this sum being
required by the Lower Colorado River Authority as a prereq:isite to their proceeding with the
aforesaid relocations.
