On this the 28ah day of February, 1.964 cane on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the State of Texas, to relocate
its electric distribution lines at certain points alon3 FP1 Road 689tdzich relocations were
requested b-/ Kerr County at points where existing poles and/or guy wires are located within
the add?tional right-of-way obtained by Kerr County for the State o° Texas and it appearing to
the Court that such proposal should be accepted, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Bartel. seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
proposal be accepted by Kerr County, and that the County Judge be authorized to execute the
,- necessary written agreement on behalf of Kerr County and it is further ordered that the Clark
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the FM 689 Right-of-:day Fund in the
amount of y=879.01, payable to the Lower Colorado River Authority, the said voucher representing
the estimated cost to Kerr Count,; for the said relocations, the payment of this sum being
req-.zired by the Lower Colorado River Authority as a prereq:isite to their proceeding with the
aforesaid relocations.

LATERAL, ROAD FUPTD to the F/:~ 689 R/?ni Fund.

by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Ayleene Wharton as
Court Reporter for the Second 38th Judicial District be terminated as of February 10, 1964,
the date o£ the termination of her services, and that the salary of Jimmy Harper as Court
Reporter be fixed at the rate of x'',2,376.00 per annum, effective February 11, 1964, payable
out of the Jury Fund,
