On this the 28th day of February, 1964 cane on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposal of the Lower Colorado River Authority, an agency of the State of Texas, to relocate
its elactric distribution lines at certain points along FAi Road 689tdiich relocations were
requested b-;r Kerr County at points *dhere er.isting poles and/or guy wires are located within
the addCtional right-of-way obtained by Kerr County for the State of Texas and it ar..pearing to
the Court that such proposal should be accepted, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Bartel.seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
proposal be accepted by Kerr County, and that the County Judge be authorized to execute the
.- necessary written agreement on behalf of Kerr County and it is further ordered that the Clerk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the FM 689 Right-of-:day Fund in the
amount of X879.01, payable to the Lower Colorado River Authority, the said voucher representing
the estimated cost to Kerr Count;, for the said relocations, the payment of this sum being
required by the Lower Colorado River Authority as a prereq:isite to their proceeding with the
aforesaid relocations.
