'~JILLIE AN.d GRIFFIN FOR RIGHT-OF-b1AY FOR STATE HIGI-I,dAY 39 On this the 2nd day of March 1964, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of an offer to Mrs. Willie Ann Griffin for payment for right-of-way required for State Highway 39 near Camp Mystic, and it appearing to the Court that the letter offer extended to Mrs. Griffin by Kerr County has been found to be acceptable by Mrs. Griffin, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County will pay Mrs. Willie Ann Griffin the sum of y2,000.00 for land and damages upon her conveyance to the State of Texas of 4.505 acres of land out of Surveys 1497 and 1357, and that in addition to the cash consideration offered, Kerr County will relocate all existing fences on the new right-of-way line, such relocated fences to be of a standard at least equal to the existing fences and with Kerr County replacing all materials necessary to accomplish the said relocation; and it is further agreed that Kerr County will re-imburse C. 0.
