On this the 2nd day of Niarch 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $2,000.00 from the Special kight-
of-Way Fund to the Highway 39 Fund.

of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in

Library, F/M 2??1 R/W, Special Airport Maintenance, Flood Control Maintenance, Highway 39 and
Road and Bridge Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page $1$ thru $21,
Voucher Nos, 9196 thru 9325 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and un-
animously approved by the Court,

On this the 9th day of March 1964 came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
for February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same	having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and	should be
