On this the 9th day of March 1964 came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
for February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner 41itt, the
Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future re °erence and subject to audit,

On this the 9th day of March 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved the request of Bill N. Rector, County Agent,
to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building on July 6, 1964 for the Annual Goat Judging Clinic,
with no charge except janitor service.

112 N,OTOR GRADERS LEASED UNDER CON°_'RACTS Er;A]CUTED IN JULY, 1959
On this the 9th day of "4arch, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court two
lease rurnhase contracts executed by Kerr County and the Wm. K. Holt Machinery Company on July
16, 1959 for
14 and July/ one Caterpillar D6 Tractor and two Caterpillar No, 112_ Motor waders and it appear-
_ng to the Court that the final payments on these two contracts are due July 1, 1964 and that
funds for such payments are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a
saving of interest payments on the unpaid balances of these contracts could be effected by
exercising the option to purchase said items of equipment under the terms of Paragraph No, 5
of each of the aforesaid lease purchase contracts, it is ordered on motion of Commissioner
Stone seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County ex©rcise the aforesaid options as set forth in Paragraph No, 5 of the above-mention-
ed contracts and declare its intention to purchase the said tractor and two motor
graders as of March 15, 1964 by making the payment of the balances due on each original contract,
rlus interest at 4 1/29 per annum on said balances from July 1, 1963 to March 15, 1~>64; and
it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw the following
two vouchers on the Road and Bridge Fund of Yierr County payable to Henry Cartan, 2 Pine Street,
San Francisco, California, assignee of the Wm, K, Holt Machinery Company, said vouchers and a
certified copy of this order to be dispatched by certified mail, return receipt requested so
as to arrive on er before March 15, 1964:
