Rector, County Agent, tc use the Agriculture Exhibition Buildin; on July 6, 1964 for the Annual Goat Judging Clinic, with no charge except janitor service, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9687 ORDER E~tERCISING OFTI02T TO PURCHASE CATERPILLAR D6 'I'RACTOFc AND T'w0 CATdRPILLAR N0, 112 i~;OTOR GRADERS LEASED UNDER CON"_'RACTS E.~,P]CUTED IN JULY, 1959 On this the 9th day of March, 1964 came on to he heard and considered by the Court two lease rurchase contracts executed by Kerr County and the Wm, K, Holt Machinery Company on July 16, 1959 for 14 and July/ one Caterpillar D6 Tractor and two Caterpillar No, 112 Motor Graders and it appear- ing to the Court that the final payments on these two contracts are due July 1, 1964 and that funds for such payments are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a saving of interest payments on the unpaid balances of these contracts could be effected by exercising the option to purchase said items of equipment under the terms of Paragraph Tdo, 5 of each of the aforesaid lease purchase eontracts, it is or de rod on motion of Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously arproved by tha Court that Kerr County exercise the aforesaid options as set forth in Fa.ragraph No, 5 of the above-mention- ed contracts and declare i.ts intention to purchase the said tractor and two motor graders as of March 15, 1964 by making the payment of the balances due on each original contract, plus interest at 4 1/2% per anrnxm or. said balances from July 1, 1963 to March 15, 1964; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw the following two vouchers on the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County payable to Henry Cartan, 2 Pine Street, San Francisco, California, assiF;nee of the Wm.
