by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real
to use the Agriculture Ex?zibition Building on June 12 and 13, 1964 for a lamb sale, with a
charge of X25,00 par day and to clean the building.

On this the 9th day of March 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Witt, the Court unanimously approved the raquast of Bill N, Hector, County Agent,
tc use the Agriculture Exhibition Building on July 6, 1964 for the Annual Goat Judging Clinic,
with no charge except janitor service,

112 MOTCR ~1RADERS LEASED UNDER CvNTRACTS E~`,ECUTED IN JULY, 1959
On this the 9th day of March, 1961; came on to be heard and considered by the Court two
lease rurrhase contracts executed by Kerr County and the Wm, K. Holt Machinery Company on July
16, 1959 for
14 and July/ one Caterpillar D6 Tractor and two Caterpillar No, 112 Motor Graders and it appear-
ing to the Court that the final payments on thesa two contracts are due July 1, 1964 and that
funds for such payments are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a
saving of interest payments on the unpaid balances of these contracts could be effected by
exercising the option to purchase said items of equipment under the terms of Paragraph No. 5
of each of the aforesaid lease purchase contracts, it is ordered on motion oŁ Commissioner
Stone seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved 'oy tha Court that Kerr
County exercise the aforesaid options as set fortiz in Paragraph No, 5 of the above-mention-
ed contracts and declare its intention to Purchase the said tractor and two motor
graders as of March 15, 1964. by making the payment of the balances due on each original contract,
plus interest at 4 1/2jo par annum or. said balances from July 1, 1963 to March 15, 1964; and
it i.s further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw the following
two vouchers on the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County payable to Henry Cartan, 2 Fine Street,
San Francisco, California, assignee of the Wm. K, Holt Machinery Company, said vouchers and a
certified copy of this order to be dispatched by certified mail, return receipt requested so
as to arrive on or before March 15, 1964:
