On this the 9th day of March, 1964., came on to be heard and considered by the Court two
lease purchase contracts executed by Kerr County and the H. W. Lewis Equipment Company on June
30, 1959 and on July 3, 1959 for one Tracto-Loader and one Allis Chalmers Model 145 Motor
wader; and it appearing to the Ceurt that the final payments on these two contracts are due
July 1, 1964 and that funds for such payments are now on deposit in the County Depository of
Kerr County and that a savin? of interest payments on the unpaid balances of those contracts
cGUld be effected by exercising the option to purchase said items of equipment under the terms
of the aforesaid lease purchase contracts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise
its aforesaid options and declare its intention to purchase the said Tracto-Loader and Dlotor
Grader as of March 10, 1964 by making payment of the balances due on the said two contracts
in the amounts agreed upon by the Chas, Schreiner Bank, assignee of the H, m'. Lewis Equipment
Company, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer he authorized to draw the
following two vouchers on the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County payable to the Chas, Schreiner
Bank, said vouchers and a certified copy of this order to be delivered by March 10, 1964:

N0, 9689 ORDER APPROVING TERRACING CONTRACT
In accordance with the provisions of Article 2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
'" the application of A, B, Hardin for terracing of his land on F/M Road 1340 near Hunt, Texas,
in Precinct No. 4 was approved by the Court, and contract entered into by and between the
Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 and aforementioned party, Motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court.

On this the 9th day of March 1964., upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded

er be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~1C0.00 from the F~M and Lateral Road
Fund to the F~M 2771 R/4J Fund,
