W. Lewis Equipment Company on June 30, 1959 and on July 3, 1959 for one Tracto-Loader and one Allis Chalmers Model 145 Motor wader; and it appearing to the Ceurt that the final payments on these two contracts are due July 1, 1964 and that funds for such payments are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a savin? of interest payments on the unpaid balances of those contracts cGUld be effected by exercising the option to purchase said items of equipment under the terms of the aforesaid lease purchase contracts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise its aforesaid options and declare its intention to purchase the said Tracto-Loader and Dlotor Grader as of March 10, 1964 by making payment of the balances due on the said two contracts in the amounts agreed upon by the Chas, Schreiner Bank, assignee of the H, m'.
