On this the 19th data of March 1964, care on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the payment to be made to Georges Kocens and the Executor of the Estate of Corinne
G. Kocens, Deceased for a Right-cf-laray Easement for a tract of land out of Survey 672, B. F,
Sublett, which land is required for the widening of a portion of the Cave Spring Road in
Precinct Pdo, !4, and it arpeari.ng to the Court that the properly executed Right-of-rn?ay Easement
has been delivered to Kerr County and that the agreed consideration therefore should be paid,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and un-
ar.imouslp arproved by the Court that the agreed sum of ti1,000.C0 be paid the aforesaid rantors
for the above mentioned Right-ef-Way blasement and that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz-
ed tc draw a voucher on the Precinct 4 Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of w1,000,C0 Fayable
to: Bank of the Southwest National Association, Houston, as Independent Executer under the
Last Will and Testament of Corinne G, Kocens, Decd „ and Georges Kocens,

On this the 27th day of March, 19b4 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of reimbursing the Volunteer Fire Lepartment of Kerr County, Precinct No. 4 for rural
fire protection services rendered residents of Kerr County and it appearing to the Court that
such services as rendered during; the year 19ti3 and the first portion of the year 1964 have
been of material value to the residents of Kerr County and have effected a material financial
saving for Kerr County and that a reasonable payment should be made to the said Fire Lepartment
for the services rendered, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Cor::mis-
sinner `rJitt and unanimously approved by the Court that a payment of $1500.00 should be made
to the said Vohunteer Fire Lepartment for rural fire protection services rendered and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer draw a voucher on the General Fund in the
amount of ;,1,500.00 payable to the said Volunteer Fire Lepartment.
