On this the 19th day of March 1964, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the

matter of the payment to be made to Georges Kocens and the Executor of the Estate of Corinne
G. Kocens, Deceased for a Right-c£-h!ay Easement for a tract of land out of Survey 672, B. F,
Sublett, which land is required for the widening of a portion of the Cave Spring Road in
Precinct Pdo, !!, and it appearing to the Court that the properly exec~aed Right-of-Way Easement
has been delivered to Kerr County and that the agreed consideration therefore should be paid,
it is ordered on motion by CGmmissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and un-
ar.imouslp approved by the Court that the agreed sum of y1,000,C0 be paid the aforesaid grantors
for the above mentioned Right-of-Way Easement and that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz-
ed tc draw a voucher on the Precinct 4 Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of y'1,C%OO.CO Payable

On this the 7th day of March, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of reimbursing the Volunteer Fire Department of Kerr County, Precinct No. 4 for rural
fire protection services rendered residents of Kerr County and it appearing to the Court that
such services as rendered durinf; the year 1963 and the first portion of the year 1964 have
been of material value to the residents of Kerr County and have effected a material financial
saving for Kerr County and that a reasonable payment should be made to the said Fire Lepartment
for the services rendered, it is ordered on motion by Corunissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner ditt and unanimously approved by the Court that a payment of $1500.00 should be made
to the said Volunteer Fire liepartment for rural fire protection services rendered and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer draw a voucher on the General Fund in the
amount of y1,S00.0U payable to the said Volunteer Fire Lepartment.
