On this the 13th day of April 1914, came on to be re-examined by the Court, the 1963
Annual Fee keports of Charles J. Rees, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2 and B. ~;. Jordan,
Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4, of Kerr County, Texas.
It appearing, that said reports, in the discretion of the Cvurt, should be anprovad,
subject to audit; therefore, on motion made by Corrli;.issioner Bartel, seconded by Cornr,issioner
Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that the 1963 Annual Fee Reports of the above
named officers be herewith filed with the County Clerk, subject to audit.

On this the 13th day of April, 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Err:rnie N, I~:uenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, ren!aining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
^ entitled thereto, for the period ending March 31, 1964 and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Func in the amount of $794.02.
Alsc Quarterly P.eport of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Jucgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $1,570.50.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on notion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Cor-~rnissioner Schwethelrn, the Court
unanimously anoroved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the Ccunty Clerk.
