of nrnvidin- Rrara7. Fire protection for Kerr County, and it aVpearin;; to the Court that the
existing F1.re F<;itin; Contract with the City of Kerrville, Texas will expire cn .lay 3i, 1961;;
and it further ar--raarin~ to the Court that the er.i.stinr~ contract and the working arrangements
agreed upon thereunder are providing satisfactory rural fire protection for the citizens of
~ Kerr Coranty and that it would be to the bast interests of Kerr County tr, renew such contract
for a one-year period;
It is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
