ROnD 187 On this the 11th day of May, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the offer of Adam Wilson, Jr., to donate 39.706 acres of land for ri~_ht-of-way for R.P.. Road 187 in F:err County, together caith five channel easements totaling 0.814 acres; and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to accept this offer on the terms proposed, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Corru:,issioner Witt, and unanimously approved by the Court that Rerr County accept the offer of Adam Wilson, Jr. to donate 39.706 acres of land out of surveys 36, 162, 1&70, and 160 in Kerr County for Right-of- Way for R.AI. Road 187, together with the aforementioned 5 channel easements and, that upon receipt of the executed right-of-way instalments, Kerr County for and in consideration of this donation will build a new fence along both sides of the donated right-of-way where t'rzere is no presently existing fence, said fence to be of rew materials and to conform to the following specifications and conditions: 1. Heart cedar hosts to be set 30 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays betcaeen and concreted all the way as follows: 10 inches in solid rock, 2 feet in dirt, and corner posts 30 inches deep. 2. All metal products to be of domestic manufacture and fence to consist of 1235-12-12 1/2 net wire and one smooth cable -wire. 3. Y.err County will furnish up to 8 (eight) 12 foot steel gates and up to 4 (four) 12 foot cattle guards as requested. 4. Fencing when completed to be subject to acceptance by Adam Wilson, Jr., with Kerr County ~.?ithholciin~ its final acceptance and ,,avm nt for the said fencing pending receipt of a written release from Mr. Wilson. 5. `.r. idils~zn to be ~_ranted the option to fu r. n7sh his own fence rosts with Kerr County re- imbursing him for his actual costs.
