On this the 11th day of N;ay, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the offer
of Adam Wilson, Jr., to donate 39.706 acres of land for right-of-way for R.h;. Road 187 in --
Kerr County, together ~oith five channel easer,:ents totaling 0.814 acres; and it appearing to
the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County to accept this offer on the
terms proposed, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Comr:;issioner Witt,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the offer of Adam ~dilson, Jr. to
donate 39.706 acres of land out of surveys 36, 162, 170, and 160 in Kerr County for kight-of-
Way for R.P•f. Road 187, together with the aforementioned 5 channel easements and, that upon
receipt of the executed right-of-way instruments, Kerr County for and in consideration of this
donation will build a new fence along both sides of the donated right-of-way where there is no
presently existing fence, said fence to be of new r.:aterials and to conform to the following
specifications and conditions:
1. Heart cedar posts to be set 30 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and concreted
all the way as follows: 10 inches in solid rock, 2 feet in dirt, and corner posts 30 inches
deep.
2. All metal products to be of domestic manufacture and fence to consist of 1239-12-12 1/2
net caire and one smooth cable wire.
3. Kerr County will furnish up to E (ei_~ht) 12 foot steel gates and up to 4 (four) 12 foot
catY_le guards as requested.
4. Fencing when completed to be subject to acceptance by Adarr'rlilson, Jr., wits Kerr County
withholding its final acceptance and aym_rt for the said fencing pending receipt of a written
release from Iv;r. ~nlilson.
5. Mr. Wilson to be `r«;;ted the option to fur.nsli his own fence posts with Kerr County re-
imbursing hi.m for his actual costs.
It is further ordered t:^at, as further consi.dera*ion, Kerr Crunt3, actin; '_n cooperation
*aith the Texas Ei-hway Department, will provide, at no cost to I~Ir. G:ilscn, a combination
dra'rae structure and st~~ck pass to be located near station 220 of the centerline of the new
roadway, said structure to consist of a dm~ble yet of ° foot x F' foot concrete boxes acproximate-
ly 55 feet in len?th, .rhich structure shall be util':zed for the ;-urpose of connecting two
rast,,res with existing _ons and watering facilities.
