On this the 11th dada of May, 1964 came on to be heard and c:nsidered by the Court that portion
of the Right-of-?+lay of R,_~r, Road 1~7 lying in the Bandera County portion of the Adam wil.son,
Jr,, Ranch, and it appearin to the Court that the completion of the right-of-way fencing for
the rroject as proposed by the Texas Highway ilenartment might well be expedited by including
the approximately one mile of fencing required in Bandera County in the same contracts for
materials and labor as will be awarded for the Kerr County portions o.f this project, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner Sc.~wethelm, seconded by Commissioner nartel and unanimously
approved b•; the Court that Kerr County offer to construct for Cho Commissioners Court of
Bandera C,unty the aforesaid necessary fencing, subject to agreement between Adam Wilson,
Jr,, and Bandera County, and that such fencing, if constructed, will be constructed subject to
the sane soecifications and conditions as set forth in Order No, 971E entered this date,
and with the number of gates and~or cattle wards to be agreed to by the two parties, and
~- that upon completion oY the fencing, Kerr County dill bill Bandera County for the actual costs
of labor and materials involved,
