of the Right-of-ltia;r of R„i. Road 1~ 7 lyina_ in the Bandera County rortion of the Adam lvilson,
Jr., Ranch, and it appearing to the Curt that the comrletion of the riht-of-:gay fencing for
the rroject as proposed by the 'Pexas uighway Derartment might well be exped±.ted b,7 including
the arproximately one mile of fencing required in Bandera County i.n the same contracts for
materials and labor as will be awarded for the Kerr Count~* portions of this project, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner Sc'wethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved b-; the Court that Kerr County offer to cer.struct for the Cm;nissioners Court of
Bandera Ccunt-~ the aforesaid necessary fencing, subject tc. agreement between Adam iiilson,
Jr „ and Bandera County, and that such fencing, if constructed, will be constructed subject to
the same specificat~cns and conditions as set forth in Order No, 9716 entered this date,
and with the number of gates and~or cattle guards to be agreed to by the two parties, and
^- that upon completion of the fencin?, Kerr County will bill Bandera County for the actual costs
of labor and materials involved.
