On this the l.lth day of May, 1;64 came on to be heard and considered by the Court that portion
of the Hight-of-?v'ay of R,M, Road 1`7 lying in the Ban lera County portion of the Adam tvilson,
Jr,, Ranch, and it appearing to the Curt that the completion of the riht-of-way fencing for
the rroject as proposed b~; the Texas Highway Derartment might well Ue expedited by including
the approximately one mile of fencing required in Bandera County in the same contracts for
materials and labor as will be awarded for the Kerr County portions of this project, it is
ordered on motion by Con-~issioner Sc.iwetheLn, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
aPpro•~~ed b-r the Court gnat Kerr County offer to cer.struct for the Commissioners Court of
Bandera CcuntT; the aforesaid necessary fencing, subject to agreement between Adam ltiilson,
Jr „ and Bandera County, and that such fenc in „ if constructed, will be constructed subject to
the sage s_r.ecifications and conditions as set forth in Order No, 9716 entered this date,
and with the number of gates and~or cattle guards to be agreed to by the two Parties, and
that upon comrletion of the fencing, Kerr County *dill bill Bandera County for the actual costs
of labor and materials involved,
