On this the 11th data of Ma;~, 1<;64 came on to be heard and c.^nsidered by the Court that portion
of the Hight-of-tday o.f R,',~r, Road l~ 7 lying in the Bandera County rortion o£ the Adam tvilson,
Jr,, Ranch, and it appearing to the Court t'rat the comrletion of the right-of-way fencing for
the project as proposed by the 'Pexas Highway De^artment might well be expedLted by including
tho approximately one mile of fencing required in Bandera County in the sane contracts for
materials and labor as will be awarded for the Kerr County portions of this project, it is
ordered on motion by Co"nmissioner Sc:iwethslm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and. unanimously
appro~~~ed b-;* the Court that 't~err County offer to construct for the Cormissioners Court of
Bandera Count=~ the aforesaid necessar;;* fencing, subject tc. agreement between Adam Wilson,
Jr „ and Bandera County, and that such fencing, if constructed, will be constructed subject to
the same spİcifica*,ions and conditions as set forth in Order No, 971fi entered this date,
and with the number of gates and/or cattle guards to be agreed to by the two parties, and
.- that upon comrletion of the fencing, Kerr County will bill Bandera Counts for the actual costs
of labor and materials involved,
