Jr,, Ranch, and it apcearin; to the Curt t'rat the comoleti.on of the right-of-way fencing for
the rroject as proposed bl,~ tho Texas Bighway Dcrartment might well be exped~.ted by including
tho approximately one mile of fencing required in Bandera County in the sar:e contracts for
materials and labor as will be awarded for the Kerr County portions of this project, it is
ordered on motion by Conmi.ssioner Sc.iwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and. unanimously
approved b-* the Court that Kerr County offer to ccr.struct for the Co;nmissioners Court of
Bandera C~~:untTr the aforesaid necessary fencing, subject tc agree:ne-nt between Adam lvilson,
Jr „ and Bandera Count?r, and that such fencing, if constructed, will be constructed subject to
the sane specifications and conditions as set forth in Order No, 9716 entered this date,
and with the number of gates and~or cattle guards to be agreed to by the two parties, and

of labor and materials Involved,
