came on for examination the ~iuarterly 3eport of ?efts, F„ '.'L McDonald, County 't'reasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the first day of February 1964 and ending tha 30th day
of A^ril 1964, and the same having been examined and. compared by the Court and found correct.
And it anpearin~ 'o the Ccurt teat Burin; the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflectad in the rer_ort and become a
Hart thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out o_' the respective ilznds, since the
filing of the precedin report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.

approved by the Court.

and Tabular Statareant of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, ccvering the indebtedness, expendi-
tares and receipts of 'Herr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1964 and enr,ing Ar_ril
30, 1964, and the same having boon compared and examined by the Court and found correct,
Tipon motion made by Commi_ssi~~ner Stone, seconded by Commi.ssione-r Schwethelm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future ref'srence and subject to
audit.
