On this the Sth day of June 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims

term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer,

Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner ~~+1itt and unanimously
approved by the Court•

DIO. 9727 MONTHLY REFO~ TS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFT_CRS OF KERR COIIPITY APPROVED
On this the 8th day of June 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having been heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approv-
ed; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit,
