Commnissioner Trlitt, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Wilma Fitzgerald as
Deputy County Clerk be accepted, effective as of June 1, 1964.

On this the 8th day of June 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for an order setting; the salaries of Betty Tredul, Deputy
County Clerk and Goldie Pace, typist,in the County Clerk's Of~°ice,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved that the salary of Betty Tredul, Deputy County Clerk be raised to ~=~210.00
per month, effective June 1, 1964 and that the salary of Goldie Pace, typist, in the County
Clark's Office be set at X165.00 per month, effective June 1, 1964.

N0. 9732 COM`2ISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF ECtiUALIZATION JULY 6, 1964
On this the 8th day of June 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to the
Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court
convene on July 6, 1964, commencing at 9:00 o'clock A,M, and meeting until 12:00 o'clock Noon
and that proper notices be pub'.ished and also notices be mailed to those property owners whose
valuations the Court proposes to change.
