I?YDE AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of June 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the application of Oliver Moore, Sheriff,
to deputize Charles D. (Jack) Hyde as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of
$3400.00 per annum as Deputy Sheriff and $200.00 per annum as Jailer, effective June 23, 1964.

N0. 9750 APPROVAL OF BOND OF CHARLES DERWOOD HYDE AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of June 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the bond of Charles Uerwood Hyde, as
Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 23rd day of June 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the written resignation of E. C.
Puryear, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective February 1, 1964, be ratified,
confirmed and ordered accepted Nunc Pro Tunc February 1, 1964.
