HYDE AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of June 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the application of Oliver Moore, Sheriff,
to deputize Charles D. (Jack) Hyde as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of
$3400.00 per annum as Deputy Sheriff and $200.00 per annum as Jailer, effective June 23, 1964.

Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 23rd day of June 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the written resignation of E. C.
Puryear, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective February 1, 1964, be ratified,
confirmed and ordered accepted Nunc Pro Tunc February 1, 1964.

Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for construction of 32,$70 ft. of fencing along the Right-of-Way of R.M.
1$7 in Kerr and Bandera Counties. Bids to be received until July 17, 1964 at 10:00 o'clock
A.M, at which time all bids will be opened and read. Specifications on file in the office
of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas. The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.
