day of July 1964 at 10:00 o'clock A,M „ in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners Court, with thefollowing officers present:

N0, 9757 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of July 196, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last
term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer,
in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law
Library, Jury, R/M 1$7 R/W and F/M 6$9 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed
from page 84.8 thru 851 , Voucher Nos.10096 thru 10217, which were made a part hereof and of
this order.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 975$ TiONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13tr. day of July 1961}, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports
of June of the County and Frecinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should
be apprcved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Lditt,
the Court unanimously a^Froved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk ~i'rust rand in the Chas, Schreiner
Sank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements b;y her in her official
caracity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from December 31, 1963 and leaving a balance of ~1,~21,09 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending June 30, 1964,
It appearing to the Court that said reports ars in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Witt, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court

CONDITIONING OF COURT HOUSE OFI~ICT;S
On this the 13th day of July 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
chatter of the proposed air conditioning of the Court ;'.cure offices located on the 2'irst floor
of the Kerr County Court House and of the County Agent's Office in the Court Louse 'easement,
and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approvod by the Court that t'.e pro"e.^~i~::al
services of Lester B, 6ahitton be retained by I{err County for the purpose of planning an adequate
system of air conditioning for first floor Court House offices and for the County Agent's
offico b~* means of individually installed *.rindow type units and that ':zis services be furtr_er
retained for tae ;urpose of drawing necessary specifications for such units together with
plans and specifications for necessary wiring and installation, and for the further purpose of
supervising installations made pursuant to any air conditioning contracts based on his plans
and specifications that may be entered into by Karr County and it is further ordered that in
the evert Kerr County awards a contract for the installation of such air ccnditioning units,
`_he total compensation to ba pai-; for the professional services rendered by Lester B, ruhitton
shall rot exceed ten per cent of the total bid amount including amo~:nts representing wiring
and installation costs, and. that in event ferr County c;oes not award a contract pursua~it to
specifications drawn, the said Lester 3, G:~hitton shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursement
for services actually rendered, such reimbursement to be on a basis usual and customary in the
engineering profession.
