of the Kerr County Court House and of the County Agent's Office in the Court House basement,
and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-

the total compensation tG be paid for the professional services rendered by Lester B. 'vlhitton
shall not exceed ten per cent of the total hid amount inclu~3ing amo~:nts representing wiring
and installation costs, and that in event ferr County does not award a contract pursuant to
specifications drawn, the said Lester B. [:hitton shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursement
for services actually rendered, such reimbursement to be on a basis usual and customary in the
engineering profession.
