system of air conditioning for first floor Court House offices and for the County A~ent~s

plans and specifications for necessary wiring and installation, and for the further purpose of
surervising installations made pursuant to any air conditioning contracts based on his plans
and specifications that ma,;* be entered into by Kerr County and it is further ordered that in
the evert Kerr County awards a contract for the installation of such air condi~ioning units,
the total compensation to be pai-1 for the professional services rendered b-y Lester B, 6dhitton
shall rot exceed ten per cent of the total hid amount inclu~.ing amo~;nts representing wiring
and installation costs, and that in event Kerr County does not award a contract pursuant to
specifications dra~,rn, the said Lester 3. '~:~hitton shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursemant
for sarvices actually rendered, such reimbursement to be on a basis usual and customary in the
engineering profession.
