On t'nis the 13th day of July 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
:natter of the proposed air conditioning of the Court z:ouse offices located on the first floor
of the Kerr County Court House and of the County Agent's Office in the Court House basement,
and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-

services of Lester B, 4dhitton be retained by Kerr County for the purpose of planning an adequate
system of air conditioning for first floor Court Hoy:se offices and for the County Agent's

reta•_nel fer the rurpose of dra:aing necessar~r specifications for such units together with
plans and specifications for necessar~i wiring and installation, and for the further purpose of
supervisin installations made pursuant to any air conditioning contracts based on his plans
and specifications t'rat ma;;~ be entered into by Kerr County and it is farther ordered that in
the event Kerr County awards a contract for the installation of such air conditioning units,
the total co-~pensati~~n to ba paid for the rrofessional services rendered 'o ;J Lester B. 'stihitton
shall not exceed ten par cent of the total bid amount including amo°;nts representing wiring
and installation costs, and that in event Kerr County does not award a contract pursuant to
specifications dravrn, the said Lester B. Gihitton shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursement
