On this the 17th data of July 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Witt and Stone voting "AYE° and Cornmis-
si.oner Bartel abstaining frcm voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the County
Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for installation of window type air conditioning
units for first floor offices an,l the County Agents Office in the Kerr County Court House,
together with necessary wiring as per plans and specifications drawn by Lester B, Whitton,

publicly opened and read.
