by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court,

On this the 17th day of July 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners Schwethelm, 1Jitt and Stone voting "AYE" and Commis-
sinner Bartel abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the County
Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for installation of window type air conditioning
units for first floor offices and the County Agents Office in the Kerr County Court House,
together with necessary wiring as per plans and specifications drawn by Lester B. itihitton,
.-- Bids to be received until 10:00 o~clock A.M, August 3, 1964, at which time all bids will be
publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids,
