Judge he authorized to advertise for bids for installation of window type air conditioning
units for first floor offices anal the County Agent's Office in the Kerr County Court House,
together with necessary wiring as per plans and specifications drawn by Lester B, Whitton,

This Agreement, made this 4th day of August, in the year idineteen Hundred Sixty-four, by and
between the County of Kerr, Texas, called the Party of the First Part, hereinafter called the
Owner, and T, J, Moore Lumber Yard, Party of the Second Part, hereinafter called the Contractor;
Witnesseth: That the Contractor and the Owner, for the consideration stated herein mutually
agree as follows:
Article I, Statement of 41ork, The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment,
and services and perform all work required for the air conditioning and electrical additions
to the Kerr County Court House, all in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and
addenda thereto as prepared by Lester B, 4Jhitton, Designer & Engineer, Kerrville, Texas, which
said specifications, drawings and addenda are incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof .
Article II, The Contract Price. The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the
contract with cash as provided in the specifications the sum of four thousand seven hundred
thirty-one and no/100 dollars 04,731.00),
Article III, The Contract Documents. The Contract shall consist of the following component
parts:
a. This instrument.
b. General conditions of tkie contract.
c. Special conditions of the contract,
d. General scope of work.
e. Technical specifications.
f. Drawings.
g. Addenda (None),
This instrument, together with the other documents, enumerated in this Nrticle III, which
said other documents are as fully a part of the contract as if hereto attached or herein re-
peated for the contract,
