reports of July of the County and precinct. Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same having
been hear:. and considered by the Ccurt, finds that said reports are true and correct and should
be approved; therefore, uprn motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone,
the Court nn animousl_y approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clark for future reference and subject to audit,

This the 10th day of August, 1964, came on to be considered by the Commissioners Court of
Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation ldo. A-17, issued
and adopted by the Parks and Tilildlife Commission of the State of Texas on the 15th day of
July, 1964, and it being found and deter•nined by the Court that (1) this is the first regular
meeting of such Court occurring more than five (5) days after the meeting of the "r'arks and
wildlife Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted; (2) prior hereto, on the 8th day
of Jur_e, 1964, a public hearing was held in Kerr County by an employee of the 'r arks and L~iild-
life Commission relative to proposed Proclamation Nc. A-17, and (3) notice of such pu'olic
hearing was given in a newsr.arer published in Kerr County at least ten (10) days prior to the
date of such hearing, and after a reading of the terms of the said proclamation all. interested
parties having been given an opportunity to be heard thereon, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Sc'_nwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartol and unanimously approvod by the Court
that the said Prcclamation T;o. A-17 be in all things a~,proved by the Com^issioners Court of
Kerr County, and that said proclamation be recorded verbatim in the minutes of this Court as
an appendix to this order,

1,01 Application.
This proclamation applies to all species of fish, game animals, game birds, and fur-
bearing animals in the Edwards Plateau Regulatory District which for these purposes shall
consist of the following counties: Bandera, Blanco, Burnot, Corral, Crockett, B'dwards, Gillespie,
Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, Schleicher, Sutton, and
Val Verde Counties, This crociamation also applies to deer in San Saba County and antlerless
deer in Travis County,
